Remote Our expert technicians can connect to your computer to quickly resolve more complicated issues.
Software Updates* Updates will be provided via download. If customer requires update on CD a $5.00 handling charge will apply. *Version Upgrades not included.
Tips-n-Tricks Expert tips on practice management, electronic billing, Medisoft, and emerging trends in the healthcare industry delivered via fax, email, or mail.
User Groups Invitation to User Group meetings at JBS to allow you to learn from other users as well as our experienced staff.
Custom Web Training Discounts on individual and group sessions available to cover common features and functions when it's not possible to come in for one of our regularly scheduled classes at JBS.
Electronic Claims** Our EDI Specialists will help troubleshoot claim rejections and transmission problems to make sure your claims get paid fast. **Monthly fee for claims is not included in support contract price.
Training Classes at JBS Discounts on regularly scheduled training classes held at JBS. Simply pre-register staff members as needed for new or refresher training.
Custom Training at Client Site Discounts for custom on-site training at your location.
File Repair Discounts on file repair if data corruption occurs and file repair is necessary.
Remote back-up Automated remote backup of your Medisoft data with secure storage for up to 250MB. Additional files may be backed up for $5.00 per 100/mb/month.
